Septic System Inspections

Residential on-site sewage permits are renewed every one to three years depending on type of system. Commercial permits and holding tank permits are renewed annually.

Spokane Regional Health District mails renewable form and letter to property owner. Please click here for instructions on how to inspect your septic tank.

Owner completes form and sends back to Spokane Regional Health District in one of three ways:
